5. Healthy Breakfast Meals

Breakfast!!

Here are some of my favorite dishes for breakfast. Don’t forget your fresh cup of coffee.

Granny Smith Apple, Bananas, Oatmeal and Nuts!

Lettuce, Spinach, tomato, avocado, and fried egg.

Hard boiled eggs, grilled chicken, strawberries, avocados and chick pea.

One of my favorite especially if you’re trying to pack on some extra muscle

Toasted whole wheat bread with peanut butter, banana, avocado, with a dash of cinnamon.

1/2 uncooked farro – 2 Large eggs – 2 teaspoon olive oil – 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin – 1/2 kosher salt or pink Himalayan salt

When you’re on a diet or just making better  healthier decision food choices, i understand it can be so boring. And of course with everything i do in life, It needs to be excited and tasting. Who wants to eat healthy and have their food taste so bland. (that is just boring). These are easy and simply recipes i use on the daily and taste great.
